Bienvenue

Welcome to GHABBAzar!

5 photographers from the GHABBA collective selected 50 images among their favorite photos, to offer you a unique "landscapes" photo exhibition.

Rather than presenting their images separately, they wanted to mix their worlds, to offer visitors a unique experience.

The exhibition, accessible in 2D, as well as a 3D-360° virtual tour, is structured in the form

of 15 series, each associating images from different photographers.

We wish you an excellent visit to our GHABBAzar!

A PROPOS

What is GHABBA ?

GHABBA is a collective of 6 photographers and Brussels friends

Geoffroy

Whoever looks at the house does not live there.

To meet, you have to enter. So make it disappear.

The extra is gone. The figurative, naked, offers itself to the imagination.

Ride the wind through the night
Beyond the fading path, the mystery of Nature
Hope to catch a glimpse of her soul, for a moment

Bernard Juncker

Should art be militant, disturbing, sacred, iconoclastic or simply

decorative? It is likely that artists have been asking this question since

art exists. However, the value of a work is not a function of its price but

of the emotional charge it transmits. The spectator who appropriates this emotion takes with him a little piece of the artist. I consider this gift to be a privilege.

The advantage of photos is that they don't need words.
Each image is a story, a meeting ...

Anne supported the realization of this exhibition project, by opening wide the doors of the "Galerie Verhaeren", within the framework of the WBisLab project.

Making off

Making-Of

Mixing the universes of 5 photographers in a collective exhibition is an ambitious bet. Our friend André Soupart, curator of the exhibition, ensured the final choice of photos and their arrangement within 15 new thematic series.

The 3D -360° virtual tour was produced by the Pixhome studio.
